- Order:
For most products, our enough inventory make it possible that the items can be shipped out in 24 hours, expedited shipping is available for destinations worldwide. Once an order is shipped out, an notice with tracking number will be sent to the clients. To place an order, contact us or your local Distributor to place an order
- Pre-sale:
For clients who are not sure if our product works well in their application, samples are available under request: info@bannatech.com.
- Post-sale:
After an order is placed, specific configuration can be done according to clients requirement. On-site installation and training are available upon request.
- Warranty:
All our products have at least 3-years warranty, 5 years for some specific products. If there is any problem with the product under warranty, we will send you replacements at the earliest time, then investigate the reason it happened.
